Ketamine Therapy – Refund Policy
Client requests to discontinue participation in a Nepenthe Wellness Center program must be approved by a Nepenthe Wellness Center team member before a client becomes eligible for a refund. Refunds are only available for unrendered services. Nepenthe Wellness Center is not able to accept returns for prescription medications.
Additionally, including but not limited to, clients who do not follow 1) the protocol for the Nepenthe Wellness Center program; 2) safety protocols around sitters; or 3) preparation therapy or thorough review and adherence to preparation guidelines are not eligible for a refund.
You will receive a refund (minus the cost of the welcome kit if you have already received it) if you cancel within whichever of the following comes first:
- 24+ hours before initial consultation:
- within 5 business days of purchase for Paid in Full Clients;
- within 5 business days for Clients who chose to Finance their payments.
If you cancel a medical consultation or coaching session within a 24 hr period or do not show, then you are charged $75 the first time and $150 thereafter.
Once medication is shipped, you are responsible for payment of the first two experiences.
If you cancel after the final shipment has gone out, you are not eligible for a refund in any amount.
If you have been unresponsive or non-communicative with your medical team for three (3) or more weeks, clients participating in a Nepenthe Wellness Center program may automatically be canceled or discontinued. Clients who are unresponsive or non-communicative with your medical team for three (3) or more weeks are not eligible for a refund due to lack of following the Nepenthe Wellness Center program protocol.
If a client discloses information during their Nepenthe Wellness Center initial medical consultation that was not disclosed in their New Patient paperwork and such information leads the Nepenthe Wellness Center medical provider subsequently determines that the client is medically unfit for participation in a Nepenthe Wellness Center program, that client will be discharged from the program and will not receive a refund for said medical consultation.
If a client’s medical provider determines that they must receive medical clearance or psychiatric clearance based on information obtained during the client’s medical consultation, that client may request to be discharged and refunded for any unrendered services.
All refunds will be issued within 10-15 business days of the final refund approval.
Paid in Full Refund Policy
Refunds for clients who have paid for a Nepenthe Wellness Center At-Home program, will be issued within 24 hours after the refund request has been approved by a Nepenthe Wellness Center team member, less any services rendered, including administration work.
It will take 10-15 days after the refund is issued for the refund to appear in the client’s account.
The funds will be returned to the bank account associated with the card number used to make the original payment.
